Gift Drop-off Instructions

It is critical that you schedule a drop off appointment ahead of time. Gifts must be received no later than Monday, December 12, 2016 in order for students to get them before break.

Prior to dropping off gifts, call 612-626-6015 so we can provide updated delivery and parking instructions and have someone on hand to help unload your gifts. We have a parking pass and loading dock where you can easily pull up, avoid parking fees and be in and out in under 15 minutes.

Important

The only way we can arrange delivery and parking assistance is to have a delivery appointment time booked so we can meet you in the dock behind Appleby Hall with the required parking pass and assist you with the gifts. Failing to set a drop off appointment ahead of time could mean staff are not available to help or unnecessary parking problems.

Wrapped gifts should be delivered:

Student Parent Help Center
24 Appleby Hall,
128 Pleasant Street S.E.
Minneapolis, MN 55455

Delivery time: 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., M-F.

It is critical that you schedule a drop off appointment ahead of time. Those needing to deliver their gifts later than 5 p.m. may state that when booking their drop-off appointment and all efforts will be made to have staff on-site to accommodate you whenever possible

Off-Site Drop Location for Those Not Wishing to Come to Campus

We are also offering a one day, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. off-campus, drop off location for those who want to avoid campus traffic entirely. The one day off-site drop off is Friday, December 9, 2016. This location is the SPHC director's home in Roseville near the Rosedale Mall and an easy on off from Highway 36. Those wanting to use this drop off location, should call the main SPHC number at: 612-626-6015, stating they wish to make a drop at the director’s home in Roseville. Please provide an approximate drop off time at that location, at which point the full address and director’s cell #  will be provided. This location has a large parking lot and in most cases donors will not even have to get out of their cars.
